Lucía graduated from the University of Salamanca, Spain in 2017 as technical architect and in 2019
as civil engineer. Lucia has worked in different public infrastructure projects in Spain. She joined
Boylan Consulting to start its expansion to the Spanish market, providing her expertise in this area,
as well as to provide support to the Irish team.
